Ich mag: To avoid sitting in front of my laptop for too long, I took up yoga. I do it at home using video tutorials, sometimes outdoors if the weather allows. Yoga helps me cope with anxiety and stay in the moment. This is especially important when I get stuck in a plot or doubt my texts. Simple exercises and breathing practices bring back clarity and energy.
